Regardless, the alert profile that was triggered was configured to send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org, if this is not the address you want the alerts sent to, delete that address from the alert profile and add the account you want the notifications sent to.
In the MIB, which is what ICE reads to collect it's data there is an element that stores the total toner capacity of a cartridge. There is a second element that stores the current fill level of the cartridge.
So to determine a percentage level, we take the current level, divide it by the capacity and that results in the percentage.
For days remaining calculations, we look at the current level, compare that to the capacity, and factor in the time it has taken to use that much toner. So if the cartridge capacity is 1000, and the current level is 600, and it has been 8 days since the last toner change, we see that 400 was used in 8 days, so the remaining 600 will be used in 12 days.
