Since the update, the system is extremely slow.

Also, i get this error code when i try to add a machine to an alert:

Hello Boutn,

Regarding the error adding the device to an alert.  This is not really a good issue to try and resolve through the forum.  I'm going to need more information, like what alert profile, what specific device generated the error, as well as unredacted screenshots of the alert profile, not simply the error being generated.  Some of this is probably not suitable for displaying on a public forum like this.

Please submit this via email to support@printaudit.com, including:
1) An unredacted screenshot of the alert profile, including the complete device list, this willl probably require multiple screenshots to get all the data.
2) The name of the alert profile
3) The customer and site that the device that is generating this error is on
4) The serial or MAC address of the device (or the IDM URL to it's device definition page.)

I get the error on ALL alerts, and with ALL machines i want to add.

Tried it with 3 different logins who should have full control.

Worked fine last week...

Hello Boutn,

Well it's come to my attention that there was a hotfix recently deployed, and the problem you are describing is very similar to one addressed by the hotfix. 

So I would suggest trying again, if that works, then it was probably resolved by the hotfix.

If it continues to fail, I will need to have the information about the alert profile and the device, we need to start the investigation somewhere, and that seems as good a place as any.
