Hi,


When I try to open RAK, windows explorer displays error message: "disk is not formatted - do you wan't to format it ?"


Is there any tools to recover from this situation ? There are a lot of data in RAK which I don't wan to loose.

Hello Jouni,

We don't provide any specific tool nor any recommendation for one.  I can tell you the file you want to recover is scans.dat, located in the root of the drive as well as a backup copy in the directory labelled backup.

Once you've recovered the file or determined that it cannot be, contact Print Audit support by email to get the zip file you'll need to install the RAK software on either the same or a new usb thumb drive.
