Hi can you please help.


we have an Print Audit, that when we try to start it popups and window that says "the software is not licensed to this USB key. You must activate a new license to use the software." it was working but now only popups this.

Have you tried activating the licence again? If you are still having issues we can look into the licence for the key. Please contact us at 1877-412-8348 to discuss.

yes, they tried but they are getting another error:


"could not activate your license.Error: Server was unable to process request.---> MaxActivationsExceeded
